Now through the library re-opening, any patron may fill out this form: https://forms.gle/67zE848W7cfDcWcT8  to receive any available materials from the North Providence Union Free Library. Patrons may request up to six items per week, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc. A library card is required, as books will be checked out to the library card number provided. If you do not have a library card, you may apply for one online, here: https://www.oslri.org/application/.

Once the materials request form is received, staff will gather requested items and call the patron to come and pick them up. The regular online feature of requesting books is disabled at this time, so only items available at our library are able to be checked out. Items will be left in the foyer at the agreed upon time, and one person only may come in to get them. The book drop is now open, so you may return materials there. The physical building is still closed, so items will not accrue fines and will not technically be due until the library re-opens. We are working with limited staff and hours, so please be patient as we fill requests! Please call us and leave a message with any questions. We will return your call as quickly as possible: 401-353-5600. Thank you!
