Dr. Alan Post will be at the library on Wednesday, April 18th, at 6:30 pm to discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and more. He will also present a simple, time tested effective meditation technique. There will be a short meditation sitting as well. Registration is required.
